1. Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouses. We work hard to process your order within 1–2 business days.


2. How long does shipping take?

  • Standard Shipping (USA): 5–8 business days

Shipping times may vary during holidays or sales events.


3. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding worldwide soon!


4. Are your cosmetics cruelty-free?

Yes! All of our products are 100% cruelty-free and never tested on animals.


5. What if my product arrives damaged or defective?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.


6. Can I return or exchange a product?

For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetics are non-returnable once opened or used. If unopened, you may return within 14 days of delivery for a refund (excluding shipping fees).


7. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also check your order status on our [Track Your Order] page.


8. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shopify Payments for a secure checkout.


9. Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

Most of our formulas are dermatologist-tested and suitable for sensitive skin. However, we always recommend doing a small patch test before full use.
